Well I have the yoghurt version, but I'm mildly lactose intolerant oh well... I could use lactase I guess, should work.
Managed to make jasmine rice and beef massaman curry yesterday; rice was great, curry was pretty good but I need to thicken it a bit more next time. That might be in part because I didn't have quite enough massaman curry paste, I'll stock up next time I find more.
I'm going to try a creamed soup or mac and cheese next (finished in the oven with breadcrumbs). |
