indeed...tho, not sure how much would be getting wasted especially if your body can only ingest a certain amount at any given time?

currently myself - I take a big heaped teaspoon of creatine, 2 level teaspoons of beta-alanine, and 2 heaped of taurine, and 1/2 teaspoon of arginine - tho, I'm fairly sure it's the beta alanine (as after my exercise class on a friday - I'd have more creatine, taurine, and beta-alanine) and I'd have severe stomach cramps that would last for hours...
but adjusting that level of beta-alanine down to 2 level teaspoons from heaped has helped the cramps somewhat...

How much creatine are you supposed to take? I only take about 5g a day. Bear in mind, I literally just throw the powder in my mouth and wash it down with water so the smaller the amount the better!

myprotein impact whey
myprotein creapure
mutli-vitamin tabs and fish oil tabs (when I remember)

and formally ds craze. Rather than improve my focus it made me feel like crap and gave me the shakes. I won't bother with pre-workouts anymore.

Pretty much the same as i use with the addition of Vit D3 and glucosamine.

Thinking about adding BCAA in aswell but read mixed reports on its effectiveness. Anyone have any pro's or con's on BCAA??

never used any BCAA's - but for me a winning combo is creatine and beta-alanine, and taurine...

Just put an order in at MyProtein. Went for the Vanilla Impact Whey, Instant Oats and some Strawberry FlavDrops.

Oats in the supermarket taste great, so what's the difference with MP? I get more than enough carbs so wouldn't eat oats (unless I felt like eating them for taste; ready brek is great), so just curious.
