Hi Guys, Thought this may be interesting to share and see how others have benefited from Plant based boosters from available in the UK.
I use pre and post workouts.
Pre workout
I used Coconut Milk Powder and Pea protein
Post workout:
1 x Banana
2 x table spoons of Bali Nutra Coconut Milk Powder
2 x tsp of Bali Nutra Coconut Nectar which is great for muscle recover and getting back our energy as its Low GI, plus loaded with Amino acids, which is super for absorbing proteins.
500ml of distilled water
Coconut Milk Powder is completely Vegan and would like to know if anybody has used this also and how they felt afterwards? Thanks. |
