Whoah, that's a shedload of aminos and creatine - 25g of creatine. Most stuff I've read says supplementing with about 5g of creatine should be enough, and if you are getting in enough protein your aminos should be high enough as well. I also understood that oral bio-availability of glutamine was very poor and about all its good for is immune system health
I'm not rubbishing it but keen to know the rationale behind the dosages. Is that a typical intake for someone competing at your level ?
I take in about 10g extra of BCAA a day and around 7g of creatine but if its worth it I would look at going higher. Around 170lb at the moment, which I guess is smaller build |
