Critique my Steak Thread.

Did a sharer today with fillet to the left and veal to the right and with a pepper and onion sauce.
Could have done with the veal being a bit rarer tbh.

5 hour braised steak with my favourite lyonnaise potatoes,and some greens

Nice one love skirt we use 20kg or so weekly in our bakery for pasties

And surf n turf love it

Just not a fan of the mini fryer basket stack them up for me

Shorthorn with, chorizo and onion, had to use the new fryer again banish oven chips for ever
