Plus the price of oil is set to stay below $60 for years to come, could go back below $50.

Maybe, maybe not.
Sadly the EU superstate continues to take over Europe.

I have yet to hear from a Scot who wants to split from the UK now we are leaving the EU.
They all think she is bat sh*t mental.

Yeah Scotland may have voted to remain in the EU, but they voted to remain as part of the UK.
Many Scots I hear from feel Sturgeon is very, very dangerous and should shut up and quickly.

it made me laugh when she said she wanted scotland to be part of the EU which is why she wants the 2nd scottish referendum but had scotland left the uk on the 1st one they had then they wouldn't have been part of the EU, and they were told by the EU that scotland couldn't join them as an independant country, she really is a lunatic.

the best thing scotland can do is stick with the UK as it will get better once everything is finalised, lets hope scotland gets rid of sturgeon as they really don't need a self obssessed looney in charge fo them.

It's not just Sturgeon we need rid of though, while we have a nationalist party pulling on the heart strings of proud Scots we will always have this threat hanging over our heads.

Where will the UK get its money in future? The UK has no food security and that situation is likely to worsen. The UK has inadequate energy security and that situation will worsen. The UK has no trade certainty as we now are seemingly wandering down a path where potential tariffs, customs barriers, immigration barriers and regulatory incompatibility with our biggest trading partner are all very real prospects. Coupled with the (significant) increase in racist hate crimes, one really has to wonder if the UK is something anyone would actually want to be part of...

I am not a Scottish Nationalist, I fought hard against it in 2014, but I certainly think the EU referendum is a game changer. If nothing else, the choice offered at the last referendum - stability versus chaos - is now simply one of "how much chaos". As Brexit starts to bite, those crucial 200,000 odd voters might just be persuaded the other way.

I can appreciate that Scotland might want to leave a sinking ship, but don't you think Sturgeon would be better off checking that it's actually sinking before jumping overboard without so much as a lifebelt?

(Apologies if we've stopped using sinking ship analogies for now )

How much food comes from within the EU?
Look at the supermarket, apples and grapes from Chile - it is cheaper to buy grapes from Chile than transport them from Italy.
