The bank of England seems better placed than you to decide what full employment means for the UK economy then?

Who knows what the Bank of England thinks, they just make it up as they go along like they all do. They certainly foresaw the crash of 2008, didn't they?

Ok then. Economics, just made up as they go along.

So can we exclude those degrees from any future free tuition then? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Look, we get it, we really do.  Your beloved PM has taken a political beating and you're hurting bad. I would suggest you retire for a period of time to lick your wounds - much the same as your PM is doing right now.

What wounds do I need to lick?

The Tories won.

No moon on a stick with someone else paying.

Still leaving the EU.

No nationalisation.

No raising the tax burden to a level not seen since 1949.

Meanwhile, we continue on with full employment. You know, that thing that I was actually talking about. And you say I don't stick to the topic.

And yet to continue in government they are having to get into a political bed with a party which has roots with the NI paramilitaries.   Doesn't look like much of a victory to the vast majority of people both in the UK and around the world.

Queens speech looks like being a watered down affair with a large part of the manifesto pledges in tatters.

The manifesto was crap. If they water it down, good!

Meanwhile, not for the first time labour are massive hypocrites over the DUP.

Labour tried to do deals with the DUP last time there was a hung parliament

Outrage over a pending ‘confidence and supply’ deal between the Tories and the Democratic Unionist Party of Ulster shows no signs of slowing down.

However, the DUP have now pointed out that under Gordon Brown, Labour had tried to strike a similar deal when there was a hung parliament in 2010.

The best course for Brexit now is to press on with this Parliament. There is no majority in the house for 'no deal' and a clear preference for retaining Single Market access (and, if not, certainly for the customs union). May can now be forced to operate within that bracket and such a deal should be relatively easy to broker, i.e. we still pay and retain most of the benefits of membership. We can probably even broker a deal for fast track re-entry in the future. Such a soft Brexit can then endure until we decide to rejoin.

Labour are currently 5 points ahead in the polls (which I'm sure you claim they are wrong, even through they turned out to be spot on!)

This week is going to be interesting, as lots of talk of a leadership challenge.

The title is right, the last time this happened a certain female PM said,
"the lady is not for turning" after some unpopular policies.

Anyone remember what happened next?

Yes, Farage's feathers are looking very ruffled, and when he spoke he barely mentioned UKIP, with Brexit being his main agenda.
