As the article suggests, Teachers are the first point of contact for many children so they're already responsible for guiding many beliefs. If kids grow up in homes where their peers automatically blame all of their ills on the neighbours who have different coloured skin, it's important that Teachers, and other responsible adults, guide them towards a better path.
I can't believe we're now debating an article from 1999, that's been pulled up by Farage fans to deflect the discussion away from Farage. Isn't politics wonderful. |
