That depends what they're giving you. "The last 30 years" includes things like Gruenwald's Squadron Supreme, Fraction's Invincible Iron Man, Daredevil: Yellow, Winter Soldier, Civil War, Runaways, The Death of Captain America and Whedon's Astonishing X-Men, to name but a few. Also, Marvel HC editions tend to start at £12, so if it's straight re-issues of existing volumes you could cherry-pick for a profit.

Starting off with Amazing Spider-Man: Coming Home by Straczynski and Romita - which is the arc where Aunt May discovers that Peter is Spider-Man, and which ends with the 9/11 memorial issue. The next three issues are the Dark Phoenix Saga, Iron Man: Extremis (which sets up Fraction's run) and the first six issues of The Ultimates. That's actually bloody good value for money. |
