The original version is my favourite black and white movie. I was looking forward to this remake but as I expected it's not even close to how good the original is. I felt there is to many scenes that's weren't Necessary. It's a shame as it's a great cast. Plus Elvira has to many costume changes. She's a ghost, they don't change clothes! Maybe if you don't know the previous film or stage productions you might enjoy this film.
