It's a decent enough card.
Here's another one you might want to consider
Asus Radeon RX 580 Dual 4GB Graphics Card | Ebuyer.com
But what budget do you have?

Here's a link for the 560 for £14.54
ASUS Radeon RX 560 4 GB OC Edition GDDR5 DP HDMI DVI AMD Graphics Card - Black: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
Don't think you'll get a 580 for £120. Looks like cheapest for 580 is £160, unless you buy on the bay.

Thanks mate, yes I saw that earlier. When i do buy a new GPU it will be the 560.
would it be much of an upgrade from the AMD Radeon RX Vega 11?

I would say it would might give a tiny bit better performance but can't find anything that refers to your on board GPU vs external GP. But here's a comparison, though I must point out that comparisons are not always the best view. You might be wasting your money on that upgrade IMOP.
UserBenchmark: AMD RX 560 vs Vega 11 (Ryzen iGPU)
The 580 would be different and is clearly a better performance, according to the comparison.

But maybe others on here have another take on it.

RX580 does look much better to be fair. Does that need a connection to the PSU ?
