I'm not touching it until my XL comes. Its hard work staying off it though.

Worth buying a 3DS for this game?

Worth buying a 3DS these days anyway. There is enough quality out now to justify a purchase imo.

I'm selling mine once my XL arrives data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

This game is truly masterpiece territory,
I was on a mission last night, knew what i needed to do but wandered round for an hour an quarter, stuck on how to gain access to my target room, wont spoil anything but it was obvious but masked deviously. I love it,

My daughter has normal 3DS and looks and plays great, but i do like my XL better, slight hit on sharpness but the image is still quality,
Bigger screen and more comfortable to use.

Luigi's mansion is prob the best game this year,
Metal gear rising a close 2nd imo (PS3version)

Yes it is, its a true killer app imo, this cartridge is pure nintendo gold.

Cool. Going to pick this up in an hour then along with a silver XL data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

This game might be good but to have to restart a whole level every time i get killed is a pain in the **se, old skool was ok when i was 20 and could stay up replaying levels till 3.00am but at 44 its a no no for me

shame good game otherwise

benny Publish time 27-11-2019 03:06:58

Yes that could be a pain but all the better for it probably imo, too many games, especially nintendo stuff are too easy and have easy save points, i like the old hardcore way which keeps you edgy knowing you could foul up.
Also like how it doesnt really give you obvious hints on what to do in missions.

Plays amazing on 3DS but this could have also been a wiiU killer title, would have shifted hardware.

an option to have hardcore ( no saves ) and easy , normal, hard difficulty with save points would have been better , I just cant invest the sort of time needed now I am back at work so it wont get played

Forzafan Publish time 27-11-2019 03:06:59

Same I love the game but I simply do not have the time to invest in gaming maybe an hour a day tops so to spend that time redoing things is a no no for me.I play games for the enjoyment and to experience them not for the challenge.I have nothing to prove to anyone, hence why given the option I'll play on easy mode
