The only prob I find with them is the speed I ordered wreck it ralph a week ago and still not even dispatched, so only use them when not in a hurry.
Tried getting a printer but would have only saved £1.50 for deliver some time in a fortnight or pay the extra and get it next day with amazon.
Both mine have been fairly quick. Had them in 5 days from ordering to delivery.I've ordered direct from stores and had them take longer.
The few I ordered were from amazon and zavvi, and I found them just as quick (slow) as if I had ordered from them directly.
