i have thank you - nothing there
not saying there are a bad company and most seem to have positive experience with them - not always good when your first experience with a company is a frustrating one
got a pretty quick response on facebook - see what happens now - shame you have to take problems onto facebook to get an answer though
if they sort it promptly (with the supplier) will give them another go at some point

My experience is the same round in circles and no idea what's going on. Don't get me wrong for 9 out of 11 orders perfect better than using any other site however if things go wrong they go really wrong.

I honestly dont get why anyone would complain over a week to get an item, or a bit longer even. The amount I am saving so far is big enough to not care at all about a few weeks delivery. I would rather save plenty and wait a bit, than get it "maybe" sooner and pay more.
Not a problem yet and I am hammering the site, not once have they come back without a big saving over 15% each time, even tried it for more expensive things than Blu Rays, so far everything has been knocked down hard in my eyes.

how long does it usually take for flubit to reply back with an offer?

Some are hours, some are days. All depends on where they can source stock I guess, but so far most of mine are next day.

I guess I've been lucky, I've placed 4 orders for Blu rays through Flubit and they have all turned up before the estimated delivery. The slowest was from Zavvi which took nearly a week but the rest were days, plus I got a duplicate copy of Star Trek which they told me I could keep. Bonus.

My problem with them was nothing to do with delivery times, it was that the offers for the two Breaking Bad sets had expired by the time I went to buy them.
From the offers coming in and me trying to buy the sets a grand total of two and a half hours had passed, this when offers are supposed to stay live for 48 hours.
When I contacted them all that they could suggest was put new demands up for them which I already had done as well as rejecting the two unavailable orders.
To cap it all I was then contacted by their CS to ask why I had put on the offer rejected form for the first two unavailable orders "Not available to buy"

I don't really see any problem there except for a supplier issue, which is outside of their control. Maybe they should seek better assurance of availability from that supplier, or stop using them if it keeps happening.
Think it would be nice if their system gave us two options - buy best offer and buy second best offer; so that we have another choice if there's an issue with the best offer, such as a supplier we prefer to avoid!

It shouldn't be a supplier issue though, they should make sure they have a guarantee from the supplier that the offer will be available for a certain period however short the period is then include that info in the offer.
That's a great idea!data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7, one I would support wholeheartedly, there's definitely a few suppliers I would avoid if possible.
Perhaps something for the future. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

It says they already do - suppliers are supposed to have and reserve the stock - so presumably in this case the supplier let them down.
