Turkish (actual proper Turkish cuisine and not those mystery meat elephant legs data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7) followeed by Tex-Mex/Texan barbeque (I have family in Dallas) and then Chinese.

For me, South Asian cuisine is pretty much 'normal' food to me now

I go in and out of phases. At the moment Mexican food (specifically Wahca) has got me hooked. I'll always enjoy a curry of course but these days good sushi or Ramen is a real treat.

Can never beat a good steak though!

Sushi I adore. Also American barbeque, but generally I guess my favourite is Italian. Sometimes a bottle of red and some garlic bread, olives and a platter of mixed salami/bressaola is just a perfect meal.

Decent American BBQ is still hard to find in the UK IMHO. Bodeans are decent and there is also a top draw place down in Brighton. If I lived in the US I reckon I would be the fattest man ever!

I'm also addicted to Byron Burgers. Easily the best burgers you can get in the UK at the moment.
