Turkish (actual proper Turkish cuisine and not those mystery meat elephant legs ) followeed by Tex-Mex/Texan barbeque (I have family in Dallas) and then Chinese.
For me, South Asian cuisine is pretty much 'normal' food to me now
Asian for me . the healthy sort not greasy , but a proper asian meal.
closely followed by a Inidian - lucky to a great one within walking distance where the doesnt swim in grease and oil and isnt poisened with colourings and other junk.
The Mrs likes sushi but its not my thing really .
I go in and out of phases. At the moment Mexican food (specifically Wahca) has got me hooked. I'll always enjoy a curry of course but these days good sushi or Ramen is a real treat.
Sushi I adore. Also American barbeque, but generally I guess my favourite is Italian. Sometimes a bottle of red and some garlic bread, olives and a platter of mixed salami/bressaola is just a perfect meal.
Decent American BBQ is still hard to find in the UK IMHO. Bodeans are decent and there is also a top draw place down in Brighton. If I lived in the US I reckon I would be the fattest man ever!
