We go to the one in Walton Upon Thames and its always been pretty decent there. Maybe its the branch ?

We are gutted the Byron in Guildford has changed to a Coal though data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Apparently the chain that own Byron also do Coal and another Grill type place. They apparently like to swap the 3 around based on
sales

And also love Thai food as well

Its not as oil\cream heavy as the Indian\Bangladesh restuarants we have over here and the flavours are clean, fresh and very intense

Never heard of Coal! Will have to keep an eye out.

Best burger I have ever had was in the departure lounge of Hamburg airport. We flew BA so we in the brand new terminal. I have no idea whether it was a German chain or not but they freshly ground the meat in the kitchens right there in the terminal! If I had the cash I fly out for the day and come back BA just so I could have another one of those burgers!

Had my first experience of Byron burger whilst working in London.
Ended up in one on Drury Lane( I think) and it cost me £10 for a burger!! Couldn't believe but afterwards was just 'wow' data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 the best burger I have ever had .
