If instead of a barge it was the royal yacht then of course it would say something else...
32 billion quid for train to nowhere that nobody will afford to ride and who's staff you will all be complaining about because of their pay demands and the budget of which will most likely be over 100 billion quid and your moaning over a 60 MILLION quid for a national symbol of pride, craftsmanship, artistry, design, industry and strength?
