Why?

This is nothing to do with the leadership campaign, unless you think this was all planned two years ago.

This was before May left:
Private prosecution against Boris Johnson to have first court hearing next week

Ah ok, I see where you were going with that now, although it's still irrelevant to the case being discussed, which is focused entirely on the figure plastered on the bus rather than the idea of what to use it for instead.

I've only read the judiciary documents I linked to earlier, but it mentions that the guy bringing the case has testimony from people regarding how they took the slogan.Obviously, without seeing those testimonies it's impossible to know what they contain, but the case itself would be hinged entirely on how people perceived the slogan, and Johnson's repeating of it on numerous occasions, in comparison to financial statistics showing the actual contributions, and him being in Public Office.

As per the posts above, the suggestion on spending the money on the NHS has nothing at all to do with the case being brought, and neither does Brexit. That's no more than a clever campaign manifesto/pledge which is worded to be different things for different people. The issue is the £350m figure that's been proven as financially incorrect yet repeated numerous times by Johnson.

It IS.

Hey, I have Caps Lock too.

It's funny but since we voted to leave, Gina Miller and here, are both remainers using money to attack leaving the EU through the courts.

What a coincidence.

The nice thing is, thanks to the court cases, in future we can say we have to give the EU £250 million a week and remainers can't use project fear to scare people with punishment budgets etc.

Of course. If we could influence things with what's on a bus, we could drive one round Syria, with "don't kill each other" on the side.

Yes

So where does the £100m rebate from the EU come from ?
