Not really my cup of tea, this sort of thing. Me being a man grown with half a hundred years. However, my daughter had them all and got seasons 1 & 2 on DVD, so I decided to give it a go. The first one was a bit slow (I got a bit fed up of the descriptions of what everyone was wearing) but they soon become addictive. I've just finished the last one (Dances with Dragons part 2) so now the wait begins...

Spoilers up to AFFC
Got into the books at the start of the new year and I am absolutely hooked. I am on part one of ADWD and am aware I need to slow down the pace of reading otherwise I'll be in the same situation as you guys waiting for the next book! Haha.
Found AFFC to be not quite as strong following ASOS. The ironmen chapters were particularly a bore and felt a bit of a chore to read. I find I just don't care for them. I absolutely hate Cersei, but it is now a case of I love to hate her! Ha! It was also nice to get the story from jaime's point of view. He isn't as bad as I thought he'd be and he is actually quite likeable. I feel he could probably end up betraying the lannisters, or rather just step to the side and let someone wipe out his family.
Sansa and Arya stories are getting better. I wonder what is going to happen next in the stark storyline.

I've read these all before (several times) but I'm currently attempting a combined re-read of Feast and Dance using this site for guidance: ALL LEATHER MUST BE BOILED: A new reader–friendly combined reading order for A Feast for Crows & A Dance with Dragons
and I have to say, it's a lot more fun this way.
I was never really quite as down on Feast for Crows as many people, although I recognise it's a massive slow down after Storm. I really loved Dance, though. In fact my least favourite in the series probably remains Clash of Kings.

I believe there is combined Ebook of the two titles, not sure where you get it from though.I am sure someone in either the TV series thread or What Book are you reading thread has mentioned it.
