Final instal date has come and nearly gone and surprise surprise no show. On a positive note it appears the instal may happen next week. On a negative note my broadband is now dead. BT say it has not been cut off and suggest my HH5 is faulty and are sending out a new smart hub. I don’t really believe the fault is a coincidence. Frustratingly I have a brand new Smart Hub sitting here waiting for the fibre but apparently I can’t use it for my non operating FTTC Service. |
