Still debating about the s10 plus as I can get £500 for my note 9 so s10  around £15 a month for 2 years but don't think it's worth it over the note 9 as I have said before but I like my gadgets and it's something new

First time I haven't needed a new sim for an upgrade. Is it a simple swap over or do I still need to activate the new tariff with a text ?

I upgraded from iPhone 6s plus  s7 Edge to s8 plus to note 9 you get a small tool with the phone that you use to pull out the sim tray you just insert sim in new phone and away you go just remember save numbers etc to sim.
Photos etc are all saved and what's app messages etc long as you remember to do back up

Can someone confirm the s10 has a usb type c port?

I'm thinking to add a usb 3.1 card to my pc. Will this be worthwhile?

It does have USB c port well I googled and found one of the stores selling USB c to hdmi for s 10 so it must do I'm guessing

Ordered a Galaxy S10. Roll on Friday!

Decided not to go for the   version because of the size. From seeing reviews most saying it's much more manageable, only thing that i'll miss is the larger battery size.

Got it for £640 through work. Will sell the headphones for £100ish as i've got wireless headphones already and probably get around £350 for my P20 Pro. So total spend around £190 to upgrade, pretty happy with that.

This is one thing I have missed with the s7, which for some reason in the only version without mhl. I've had nightmares when travelling trying to play stuff on tv's. Originally I used chromecast, but this won't work with login page wifi. I got round this using another phone as a hotspot until the time I had no reception. Bought a fire stick as I found this allows screen mirroring, then I couldn't access the hdmi port on a wall mounted hotel tv anyway.

@kBm I’ve gone for the black too, but tbh it doesn’t make much difference to me as it’s going in a black spigen tough armour case anyway.

I chanced it with Samsung, asked to swap the Black for Green - said it was too late, already 'prepared for shipping'. They said to refuse the delivery, request a refund and then re-order.

Refuse delivery? Easy tiger...i'm not that bothered! I'm sure there are funky cases out there if i fancy a change.

Doesn’t the plus have slightly better camera or feature? I’m sure the plus have in the past as well as better battery but I could be wrong. I always went for the plus as I go for biggest screen possible and better battery
