That’s how I’ve ordered, seems a reasonable way to upgrade yearly should I want too.

You make a claim online after you receive the phone.

Ah just read up on the ear buds.

Seems you wait until you have the new phone....then provide the proof and the IMEI number of new s10
Then it take around 30 days.

poop! hoped it was with phone...surely sending ne the bloody phone is proof enough lol
ah well free so ill gladly accept them.....eventually!

edit - cheers dts

I've been looking at cases for hours! I've always been pretty careful through my phone history and purchased rugged cases for them all until I got my S8 where I thought I'd get a slim design case to preserve the original ergonomics. Well one few too many drops (and you will drop your phone eventually no matter how careful you are) and my screen cracked in one of the corners. Lesson learnt; Get a good case!

I really like these gear4 cases but they're not available as of yet. I sent them an email asking if they will be on release week of the phone but no response so far.
Platoon Galaxy S10
Oxford Galaxy S10

If not then I'll settle for one of the Otterboxs
Galaxy S10  Wallet Case | OtterBox Strada Series | OtterBox
Galaxy S10  Protective Case | OtterBox Defender Series Screenless Edition Case | OtterBox
Cute Galaxy S10  Case | OtterBox Symmetry Series Cases | OtterBox

I've ordered the Whitestone dome screen protector as well to boot. So all in all expensive costs but considering the price of the phone itself I want to keep it looked after.

What? Are you kidding? IPhone doesn't have the display quality of Samsung devices. No-one has. Talking about display, Samsung is leader by far, in the last 3-4 years, and galaxy s10 is improved too, it has an incredible colour accuracy, a screen than can reproduce hdr10  contents and up to 1200 nits... No-one has something similar.

Seen the phone in store, stunning handset. Would have been nice if they were given a free wireless charger instead. Let's see what huawei comes up with

I've used a spigen thin fit on my s7 edge (  s5). I'm on my third one for my s7. I've dropped the phone a couple of times, once from jacket pocket height where it ended up face down on tarmac. Somehow the phone escaped any injury. The screen protector took a slight deng but I recently replaced it and the phone screen underneath is perfect. With my s5 the silver bezel got damaged once when dropped on tarmac so the thin fit case didn't fully do its job there. The only problem with the s7 version is there are cut outs at the corners where the case eventually cracks and the side sections break off. The s10 version doesn't seem to have these gaps. I don't see the point in getting a nice lightweight phone and whacking a brick of a case on it. I also figure a case is a disposable item that like a child car seat/cycle helmet needs replacing after an accident.

I saw that whitestone dome on another forum and watched the instal video. It looks a crazy good screen protector. What's the UK price? I've used ultimate shield for my s7 and been happy enough, but don't mind paying more if it's a better product.

I had a play last night. Awesome handsets. I can't believe how light the phone is. I think the normal s10 is slightly smaller than my s7 and the s10  not much bigger. I was worried it would be too big but am glad I went s10  now.

The note 9 looked awful next to it. I'm so glad I didn't cave at the note 9 with 512gb card offer and more recent card and charger offer.
