Well since the kids use the main TV at home, i'm left with my phone and the tablet to consume media, so a bit of quality screen time wouldn't go a miss...

I've had the S7 for 2 years, the Note 3 before nearly 3 yrs, so on balance £900 spread over 2-3 years is OK. Of course, im paying the extra for a new flagship device, which i've never done before as it was hard to justify the cost. The price of the contracts these day make a sim free purchase a better option!

Watched a few more videos this morning and doesn't seem there is enough new features to justify me selling the note 9 and buying the s10. I like my gadgets and use my phone a lot as I don't have laptop and phone has replaced my ipad but think I will wait for the note 10 see if that is worth the upgrade.
I think latest phones are so good that changing it every 12 months or possibly even 24 months you won't appreciate the phone as there won't be many new features from your previous phone

Any other recommended sites for screen protectors etc other than Mobile Fun?

Regarding screen protectors I don't know if you all know already but if you buy a glass protector the phone won't recognise  finger  sensor so make sure its plastic

I'd read about that, was looking at the Whitestone Dome but mobilefun seem to be the only place in the UK selling and they are out of stock

I can honestly say I’ve not been this excited for a new phone in a long time. The last Android I had was the Galaxy S4. Loved that phone. Since then it’s been iPhones. No idea why I changed! In fairness, they’ve all performed flawlessly, including the X I’m typing this on.

I went to Currys today and had a little play with the S10 . My God - it’s beautiful. The display is simply outrageous. Roll on a week Friday. . .

Yeah - I’d somehow convinced myself there’d be a problem with all screen protectors. My bad. That said, with my job I do need the tempered glass anyway.

What feature are you guys looking forward to the most? As I say I have note 9 don't think it's worth me upgrading but I like new tech so always interested in seeing what new phones are like and can do

I have an S7 and I can't see any good reason to upgrade yet.

I'm coming from an s7 edge that is nearly 3 years old and until recently said the same. However the battery is around 66% its original capacity and I cant source a genuine new replacement and if I did be bothered to fit it. It's starting to run slow (which could probably be fixed with a reset unless samsung have deliberately slowed it down like Apple did). And its 32gb internal memory is full despite me moving apps to sd and deleting anything else. Time for a change.
