On veg, hardly ever. On fruit, occasionally. On fish, never.
On meat, eggs and milk, yes, where possible. Mainly for animal husbandry and welfare standards and also because of the abuse/overuse of antibiotics in livestock animals. Plus organic meat tastes better in many cases in my experience. Of course, when eating out, options are almost non-existant so we don't worry so much, but where we have the choice, it's organic, then free-range, then intensively reared. |
