Absolutley no need for a starter, it's Christmas dinner and there's enough to indulge in, without introducing another course.
Breakfast. 1 or 3 mimosa's and crossiants, salmon and scrambled eggs. Or a bacon sarnie depending on the previous nights indulgences.
Norfolk black turkey, pigs in blankets, sausagemeat stuffing, sirloin of beef, roast spuds and Yorkshire puddings, sprouts, parsnips, peas, carrots, broccoli, swede, red cabbage, cauliflower/cheese, leeks, bread sauce and gravy.
Followed by about 10 hours of serious food and alcohol consumption, with the odd argument and disagreement thrown in for good measure. |
