All meat in the fridge marinading....3 lots of chicken, goat and beef/lamb mix.

So far so good. But the booze is flowing now.....

Wife is a but subdued as her mum has forgotten to defrost and bring the pork joint. Can't see the fuss really, we have a turkey crown and a baked ham to go at over just a few days.

My wife builds our Christmas, but one of my few duties is making these.
