These are independant entities.

I want the names of international or national scientific organisations that are climate skeptics - I say NONE.
I want the percentages of scientists and the percentages of climate scientists that are climate skeptics - I say 16% and 3% respectively.

If you want to refute my figures, produce your own to show they are wrong.

How many non-government funded scientists are in your list?

The only way to prove these types of figures are right or wrong is to survey the entire population.  As this isn't practical you need to find a representative sample.  

Given the agenda of the entity involved in the sample you quote it is unlikely to be representative!!
