I’m using social media as my guide because that’s the outlet where these fringe groups build up whatever inadvertent likes/shares they can by misleading people who maybe are genuinely ‘patriotic’, with memes about soldiers/poppies/brown people.  You’re welcome to laugh at the suggestion (have you liked/shared their memes at all?) but giving idiots a voice and an echo chamber just helps them assume further support.

No, why would I want anything to do with them? Pretty sure we fought a war against Nazis.

If you are going off social media, cats rule the world. Or at least that's what I see a lot of.
They can have a voice as we live in a free country. See what Voltaire was supposed to have said. In fact sometimes I wish they had more of a voice so more could see what they actually stand for.
