The amount of cash the NHS must spend, having several languages for seemingly everything, must be mind boggling.
Its one thing to have it in touristy places (after all thats what we often get when we travel abroad), but for Doctors Surgery/Hospitals etc, is pandering to the country of snowflakes.
Oh tell me about it. My wife was in hospital last week. And this old lady didn’t speak a word of English. She got an interpreter. But once he was gone and she was in after care she kept on spitting something in the hand wash basin. The nurses tried to explain she must not do that but she just didn’t understand. Absolutely crazy. How can someone like that ever integrate.
