There are some basic steps the government can take to aid the process. First of all stop government support and documentation in multiple languages. Just English is fine.
Similarly enforce rules on only using English at the place of work (unless providing services to another country of course). I really can’t stand it when you for example get a cup of coffee and then the staff talks a different language amongst themselves.
And using immigration controls that are region based. Meaning that you don’t overload certain area with immigrants all of the same nationality and background. Such that your work permit is limited to certain regions; ie Oz style.
That means he should live along side people on lower incomes instead of in an expensive house with security paid for by us.

I do agree with integration in general, but I would say the British aren’t exactly the best at integrating when they live elsewhere, as in lead by example.
