My point still stands, that Israel like many countries around the world lobby the US government on various matters, in their interest, the same can be said for all the others.

Why though is it anything out of the ordinary when its standard practice by every government?

The issue becomes a problem when its used in the context that Jews (read Zionists) control the banks, the media, the governments, the world. Its the age old anti Jew trope that has been around for ages, thanks to the Church, the KGB and the Nazis.

And thats where it fits in to Corbyn and his supporters world view. Corbyn cant change the views he has held his entire life, like I said previously its not that he is pro peace or pro Palestinian, he is simply using that platform to express his opinions and garner support, they are a perfect fit…

When Israel is uniquely singled out and criticised, you have to wonder what sets it apart from the surrounding countries that escape criticism if not its religion.

Similar to Pallado on the other thread with inclination and party lines of this part of the forum the debate labour are having with anti-Semitism is great, its really fleshing out the term. Also you can't really read on subject without being educated on the Ultra Nationalistic government that Israel is currently represented by.  Which effectively enforcing it's own brand Apartheid. It may be messy for Labour but often these subjects are.
For me this is proper politics, no matter the subject matter or emotions, continuing developing dialogue has to be maintained.  
I May have to unsubscribe to news feed unless I can pick my topics?

I don't agree with all his political thoughts, but what politician would we anyway, but he comes across as the leader they should have in place.
We can only hope that this debacle triggers a leadership contest, but I fear Corbyn would still win that with the current format.
