I finished this saga last night, what an AMAZING read. So far my favorite books have been A Storm of Swords and A Dance with Dragons.

I cannot wait for the next installments, I just hope its not another 5 year wait.I cannot believe he killed of Jon Snow, I don't believe it. I'm pretty sure he will be just badly hurt and come back in the Winds of Winter (if that if what its going to be called).

I honestly thought the entire saga would end with Jon Snow and Danaerys being the two main rulers in the seven kingdoms there for fulfilling the title of Ice (Jon) and Fire (Danny) but don't think thats going to happen. If Jon really did die though, I think the next book will focus heavily on The Wall and its new direction and new commander. Also was quite shocked to see that Stannis got killed off too, I was sure that Ramsay Snow's time was coming to an end with all his people slowly dying in Winterfell and everyone turning on each other.

We'll have to see though.

Don't let it put you off though, it is an incredible read. It read AFFC and ADWD read like the calm before the storm and that the next two or 3 books are going to be mind blowing!

just got the first book through the post today, had a load of waterstones vouchers so went for the slip hard back version and only cost me £2.96 lol.
Just got to finish the Steve Jobs autobiography then I'm all over it

Currently half way through 'A Feast For Crows.'  Have loved every page of the four books so far.  My allegiance to the characters/families has changed throughout. Never liked the Lannisters, but have found myself routing increasingly for XXX and XXX. There have been times when I have put my iPad down and thought did that really happen....and then read it again to make sure.  There have been so many WOW moments!
