Given the warranty and the likely depreciation, I would say it could make for a good buy in a couple of years, but I certainly wouldn’t consider buying a new one.

I'm surprised the OP likes the looks coming from a Velostar, the Stinger always looked rather generic to me in the photos. Although admittedly I haven't seen it in real life yet. Change the grille and it could easily be the new Audi A5.

I did have a Volvo S90 whizz past me the other day which definitely caught the eye. The Mercedes-Benz CLS has been recently replaced too so you can find the outgoing model for ridiculously cheap prices right now:

Not what you want to see in a £40k motor...

To be fair I hadn't looked at the infotainment system. Can't say either BMW or Merc systems that I've seen impress me much tho, other than being quite responsive.

I actually had a look at the i30n the other day there as I might prefer a similar size to my own car. Was nice enough but I don't get the half leather idea... Guess is only a minor. It sounded very good tho!!! Was not my taste in performance blue, very strange tinged white.

So I might have another contender!!!

I like half leather. Full leather makes me slide on the seats unless it is a small bucket. But even then there is the forwards/backwards movements.

Had a look at the i30N a few weeks ago myself as I’m thinking of buying one at some point, very nice, and the sound of that exhaust system is epic! As for the seats, personally I’m not a big fan of full leather, so the half leather is a good compromise for me. Also I would agree, not keen on the blue either and would go for red or micron grey.

I saw an i30n on the road the other day, not sure what driving mode it was in but it was very very loud and poppy.
Didn't get chance to show them the difference between a hot hatch and hyper hatch.

What’s this hyper hatch you speak of?
