Excellently done-- well-acted, humorous and can even help improve your vocabulary! A great tribute to Lemony Snicket's popular series. While I have not been a fan of several of Netflix's original productions, this one is a winner. The series perfectly captures Snicket's unique voice used in the books. As a Neil Patrick Harris fan, I wasn't sure what to expect -- especially since Jim Carrey did a good job in the movie several years back. I have followed Harris though How I Met Your Mother, and I also adore Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog. However, I have discovered that, indeed, you can love Neil Patrick Harris even more because of this series. While the other actors do a fantastic job portraying their roles, Neil Patrick Harris is definitely the highlight of the show.
