First of all, do not expect this to be like the movie. I really love the original movie but i am happy this quickly becomes its own thing. And oboy does it.

The first episodes i felt that the series was "meh"... But it gets better and better. In season 2 it kicks up into high gear and becomes fantastic. However you will want to plow through first season anyway for backstory.

If you are a science fiction fan i urge you to keep watching, It is great writing and production in this series. Its creative and captivating.
