Writing, directing, acting, camera angles, plot, pace -- all terrible. And those are the GOOD things I can say about this incredibly bad series. I started laughing about ten minutes into the second episode. The dialog between these inept, self-absorbed "cops" seems to have been written by a 6th grader. And why are the German's so "whacky"? The show didn't know what it wanted to be; garden variety English mystery, brooding detective drama, or tongue-in-cheek wink at the camera comedy. I'm dumber for having sat thru five episodes. On the bright side, I watched it with my wife and she's delightful company.
