HTC Vive should be featuring big at Nvidia's London event today. Could we hear 'available NOW!!'?

There's an interview with the RaceRoom developers on RaceDepartment. In it they're questioned about developing for VR and raise the DirectX issue that led to them ceasing support for the Rift.

They say that the Vive DOES support dx9 and when they get a development unit they will be 'all over it'. This could mean more supported games in the Vive, even early on. The interview could be from a while ago - it takes them a little while to type stuff up over on RaceDepartment sometimes!

i could be wrong but i was under the impression the vive was to be unveiled today with price along with taking pre-orders at the nvidia/vive conference in london.it started at 10am

the fact that twitter / web / other social media is not on fire hints this has not happened i guess.

The HTC event was at 10am so assuming its either still going on or just recently finished.. I guess we'll hear something soon.

Vive's Twitter says they are looking forward to showing the Everest demo today and there's an article below about said demo, that's probably all it is.

HTC Vive feels better than Oculus CV 1

Also if there were any big news like showing it off in a huge way via Source 2, or mentioning games like HL3 or Portal 3, I'm sure they'd be NDA'd to the max.
