Naaah I think quest 2 will be CV2.
Quest is fab and I think should have been rift s entry level vr but it still is weaker than rift cv1in some areas to call it an across the board upgrade cv2.
Still very cool tho and if that hand tracking works...... Yet again tho in a glass half empty view oculus have improved their software lead even more but still their hmd lags a bit (hence wanting quest 2)
Oculus only sold 100million is Oculus sales after spending 1billion. Ouch.
Lol if anyone other than oculus had demoed controller free 5 finger hand tracking you would have been hailing it the touch beater we have all been waiting for. Oculus do it and....... Naaah its rubbish .

Leap Motion has been around for years, even Pimax has hand tracking module.
Leap motion is great, I have one. It also costs £99 and needs extra software and cables to run. Quest just got it for free using hardware already in the unit. And its a free update.
How is this not good?
Haha Oculus paid off Stress Level Zero to produce for Quest.

Stress Level Zero will make a game for Quest in 2020 based off Boneworks.
Oh I thought that was happening anyway. Boneworks was demoed for Rift and Index before.
