Daft question but how do you open the tech demo shown earlier in the thead? It doesn't seem to be an option in the steam download.
I think the tech demo was via ordering from their own site.
Do you know if you still get the tech demo if ordered from their site, as well as being cheaper than steam....? win, win if so and think i'll grab it tonight.
I ordered from the site earlier. I got a key for the Steam Early Access and another for the 'Weekend Smasher' whatever that is?
Could the weekend smasher be the tech demo mode.....?
Perhaps someone who's played it could verify......
Just checked on the site, and the 'Weekened Smasher' is the entry level buy in which gets you the retail release, early access, tech demo and a wallpaper.
follow the links in the email you got from them, gives you early access code and also tech demo link.
Question guys, it links to PayPal, which i havent got set up, but also allows to pay by a card (from PayPal page). Will this be a normal card payment, or a card payment to boost an existing papal account? Only ask as its on thei page rather than bugbear's......
Also any fees as in dollars....??
Just a normal card payment mate. I think there will be a fee too, but it will state that before you confirm purchase.
Thanks mate. I'm guessing even with a fee it's not as dear as steam, so still best to get from their site..... Although I notice the steam listing still mentions the tech demo etc, so I guess the std package is the same as the basic one on their site.
