Ouch so painful, how long does something like that take to heal?

I wasn't too keen on TLOU at first but soon really got into it. I became so immersed into the game and I'm not too sure why, it's not the first game to have a adult/child bond (Bioshock) I guess with Bioshock it's not as human.

I am excited for the sequel though.

A game called Spring, just Google Spring RTS. It is not a very well known game but is by far and away, the best RTS game I have ever played.

It seems that The Last of Us has set a benchmark that other developers are struggling to meet. It was, likewise, the last game that really impressed me - graphics- and gameplay-wise. Still enjoy playing a bit of Oblivion though.

Probably Red Dead Redemption was the last one that impressed me. I haven't moved onto the new generation yet though.

Well since starting this thread, like many of you, I've had my hopes built up only for them to be dashed by games that just didn't quite hit the mark.

Then I started playing Zelda BOTW. I'm only 5 hours in but already I've rediscovered why I fell in the love with gaming in the first place. Bravo Nintendo, bravo.

Horizon: Zero Dawn - Breathtaking game on either PS4 or Pro. Visuals are incredible and are matched by the storytelling, game play and enormous world. Quite an achievement.
