Its not quite what you like, the idea is to be healthy. If you eat more calories in those hours than you use in the day then you will still gain weight.

If you start the thread from 1, it explains the 18/6 & other forms such as 600 cals in 6 hours, nothing else for 18 etc.

I wish you'd contributed to my FASTING thread before it was put into lockdown yesterday !!!
I was struggling to explain just how great daily fasting 16/8 or 20/4 can make you feel .
I completely transformed my whole life / health / and body by skipping breakfast each day . Eventually I even stretched the fasting time with even better results .
