Calories shouldn't be an issue, the whole pack is about 650 calories, and we're splitting it 50/50.

A small bit of cheese added, and a lot of lean bacon.

We very rarely eat them too, it's not a regular occurrence.

Don't have much budget, certainly not big money for a treadmill etc, already priced that!

Could possibly stretch to some weights, bar etc? Any recommendations?

I love my Wolverson Fitness Hydro-Bag

Looks interesting, so basically works like a weights bar without the bar?

That looks awesome fun, are they fairly robust? IE would it last longer than a month in a gym where one of the rules is "Don't lower deadlifts quietly"?

You wouldn't want to throw it down etc. But it seems durable.

They key thing with this is you can change the weight easily, and the water movers around and fries your core. It's like nothing else.

I'll have a word with the gaffer and see what he reckons.

My gym has a bit of Wolverson gear too, the medicine balls and some other stuff they got recently is by them, so might be able to get a deal on one.

I really like the look if that bag but 45kg for the heaviest bag seems a bit light?

With stuff like sand/water bags, it's not the weight that's difficult it's how awkward they are.
