Just a quick heads up as no WiFi New house issues... Had nest installed on the 6th and was very slow to respond to adjustments sent by phone. Then wrong heat reading on nest...! Anyway spoke to nest and it turns out nest is not compatible with bt home hub 3.. and it's WiFi chip overheats which is why slow and to hot... Doh. Being sent back but I have to cover postage until it arrives.. shame because it looks the part .. hive hear I come I guess.

That's strange as it works fine with my home hub 3.Never had any issues at all with mine

Same here

Honestly its not compatible give nest a call spent the day yest talking to a guy named John the WiFi chip on the nest keeps talking to home hub and over heats and gives false reading for room temp.. also when you adjust temp on phone it should adjust instantly on nest if there is a delay that is not right..

oh I'm not saying you have been told wrong or that you are not having issues Fubar...just that on mine it has worked perfectly for over a month now...or close to it....and never had any issues at all...and Mr X seems to be in the same boat...im guessing its more down to issues faith a handful of particular HomeHub3s that are causing there issue...there are v1 and v2s and also Model As and Bsto a lot of different ones out there.

My stat has just suddenly started going offline randomly. Has anyone else experienced this? Only had it just over a week.
