That sounds a long drive but is actually less than 1k miles, enjoy the southern states.
Vegas for sure in Aug, little tour of the UK Sept and if I lose my job, Nicaragua is looking good for the winter.

I thought I'd treat my beloved to a few days away next month for his birthday, so have The Suite booked at The Old Bank Hotel in Oxford (dinner at QUOD) , followed by a tour of The Mini Factory, then a 7 course taster at the 1 Michelin* Bybrook staying in Archway Cottage in one of my favourite hotels in this country in Castle Combe...The Manor House.
Then we're staying 2 nights at Gidleigh Park in a suite, with a 10 course taster in the 2 Michelin* restaurant. We've sampled Michael Wignall's food before at his 2 Michelin* eatery at Pennyhill Park which was excellent, so I'm sure he'll do Michael Caines proud.
