When I saw the scratches I was told they could be buffered out so thought maybe I'm expecting too much from a six year old car and all cars have some scratches they just not buffed it up yet.

When I saw the bumper and told it was not clipped back in properly I thought maybe it went over a pothole or something.

Hadn't had an mot for 9 months just thought it had not been sold for that long. Warrenty only with the garage and if anything wrong the car must be taken to them I thought it was the same with all garages.
I saw the Web site it had so many five stars reviews on Google, Facebook and auto trader I thought I was working myself up over nothing but when I saw it had one tyre smaller than the other side I thought I'm not going to even bother test driving it and ask for money back if possible.

If that means that each wheel is missing a wheel nut then I'm taking a punt at:

Security wheel nuts have been chiselled off and not replaced data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

https://www.avforums.com/attachments/screenshot_20190409-190314_knowyourcar-jpg.1138270/       that's the mot after the failed one a few days earlier but I wasn't interested in the vehicle by then because of the things I didn't like about it.
I am glad I didn't buy the car and happy with the one I chose just can't believe I put money to hold a car until I had test driven it and then decided I was no longer interested because of all the things wrong with it and there isn't anything I can do

Engine covers and under trays fitted is standard for any modern car. That's not an issue.

Emissions to(o) clean to read out is the same. It just means that the emissions were so low they coudn't get a reading.Pity they couldn't spell it though.

My similar age VW car has undertrays and engine covers and doesn't show having them fitted as an advisory.I suspect it means they aren't fitted and should be.
As above this car is a turkey, perhaps a serious rebuild that has been botched.
I'm not surprised they want to take your money having thought they'd finally got rid of it.

Go and see the Citizens' Advice Bureau, I don't see how they can keep your money.
Or
Make a court claim for money

Just an update I rang a thing like citizens advice and they way the car was described is very important. I said how they described it as because they described it as immaculate etc I was able to break the contract. I sent an email to the company and after a week they replied back agreeing to refund my card in around 28 days time I think it said or allow 28 days. Basically they have agreed to refund me the money. Thank you guys for your help.mi made the right choice with the car although did buy a new battery for it the other week as it wouldn’t start few ministers after I had driven back from my girlfriends but it started following day but I got error messages the new battery cleared that

Just in case it helps anyone about dashboard speedo (or other things).

You can get a standard OBD2 (OBDII) Bluetooth adaptor, mount your smartphone to the dash, and have it display any number of car-specific information items. The exact readings depend on make/model/age and specific app/reader in some cases, but the port itself has been a legal requirement for quite a while, so is a great way to give yourself a big digital speedo should you want one.
It also allows you to read fault codes when you get a light on the dash, so you know your mechanic isn't fibbing to you...
