they are terrible. i have been watching  C4 HD for about an hour and i have only seen like 1min of a live swimming even they just done. the rest have been 95% adverts.

My son and i just watched the wheelchair basketball. GB Vs Germany. Excellent match ! Didn't get in to basketball at all in the Olympics but really enjoyed this one

It's so much harder to find info about the para's than the olympics, news websites should cover it more

Very disappointed by the lack of interest in the Paralympics. Not just from my friends, but seemingly all outlets   Ch4 are making a bit of a botch job of it too sadly.

I have to admit to not been too informed prior to the Olympics. Once I got into the Olympics I found myself looking forward to the Paralympics as well. Really got into it. Some of the Paralympians have a truly inspiring back story.

What I like is that they just want to compete. It's about what they can do, not what they can't.

I was in the Aquatics Centre for the evening finals and it was amazing, the moment when during Jonathan Fox's final, everyone in the stands were on the edge of their seats and then the epic sound of everyone standing up roaring with joy when he won was worth the price of admission alone!
