I love mine, I'm looking forward to using it out and about during the working week as I've generally been at home all weekend with phone to hand.
I like that it's an extension to my phone. I don't need to walk round the house with my phone, if I'm upstairs with the kids or out in the garden I can see and act on what's important.
Having footy scores was great, as was call feature in the car. I've not used email too much but it's handy when one does pop up just to quickly glance down.
Ok, yes, it is a bit gimmicky but I thought that when the first iPhone came out! No one wants a touchscreen I said, it won't catch on, people prefer buttons! By 3rd generation is bought one!
I'm enjoying having a watch, I've not worn one in years, the fact it does so much more is great. I'm already getting addicted to filling up those rings for activity, I like the heptic feedback alerts, I like that I can control iTunes, Apple TV without having to pick up another device.
It's convenience for me, in a stylish well though out package. No it's not perfect, but for a first gen product it's already very good, think about what can be done just through software updates and app updates.... It will be tweaked and perfected over the coming months which should make it more useful and enjoyable to use.
I've just plugged it in to charge for the night, 2 days use and it was on 24% remaining. It's not inconvenient for me to have to charge this every other day, or every day if needed but it can last quite a long time, and if you switch to power reserve it will go even longer
I'm happy, I didn't have to buy it myself as my family clubbed together for my b'day to pay for it but even if I did I would have been please with my purchase. It's a keeper! |
