Turns out that the tech guy who come couple weeks ago installed the wrong software version on my TV not the one with the fixes. They said that they going to send a technician to install the correct version. They said the version is supposed to be v400

The tech guy come and put v400 but still have problems with ITV player so he said he going to report it to tcl and they should release a new software update again.

Tcl have been unable to fix my issue they reckon the checked my TV from there end and that there are no issues with ITV player.. I don't know what to do

If you’re happy with every other aspect of your TV just get an external stick of some kind and use it for ITV HUB.
