TCL Sky Remote Codes for DP648/608/628?

Hi mate did you get a message on tv today about a new update my TV did. I tried to install it but it come up saying failed and revert back.

I waiting on tcl to call me back about brightness issue.

I haven't had any updates in a long time, and when I go to check, it says it's already on the latest version

Thanks still trying to fix my issue with tv tcl have asked me to update software of tv

I'm trying to do so via USB but it's really weird, there's a zip file inside of a zip file inside of a rar file inside of a zip file lol - I'll see if it updates for me and I'll let you know

I put the update.zip file in the root of the USB drive, plugged it in to the TV, turned the TV off / standby and held the button on the front of the TV until it showed the splash screen, then followed the rest of the instructions in the pdf

Edit: just to clarify, the button in settings does not work to update it.

Yea that the problem I had it downloaded the update via TV once but wouldnt kept coming up software update check failed. Tcl sao to do it manually via USB but have not had chance hopefully to night and hopefully it fixes my problem with tv.

Hi mate just couple questions

1) When playing hdr on xbox does the screen go dark.

2) If you have a sat/cable or FV box when changing channels do you have any issues of brightness having to adjust to full brightness
